These Terms govern the use of aypcreatives.com and the
purchase of products and services from AYP CREATIVES LLC (“AYP Creatives”, “we”,
“us”) through our website, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel we operate. By using our website or
placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our site or
contract our services.

We provide creative and marketing services, including social media marketing, physical advertising,
printing of promotional materials, flyers, business cards, corporate apparel, custom uniforms, graphic
design, logo creation, web development, video editing, copywriting and related services.

2. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the content of this website — text, images, graphics, logos,
designs, software and any other element — belong to AYP CREATIVES LLC or are used with the permission
of their rightful owners. Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of this content without our
prior written consent is prohibited.

Files, logos and images supplied by the customer

You represent that you hold the rights, permissions or authorizations necessary to use any logo,
image, photograph, trademark, text, trade name, design or file you send us for use in a product or
service. You agree to hold AYP CREATIVES LLC harmless against any claim relating to copyright,
trademarks, image rights or intellectual property in the materials you provide.

We may decline to print content that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider
offensive.

Final and editable files

Unless expressly agreed in writing, designs created by AYP CREATIVES LLC as part of a printing order
or custom product are supplied solely for the execution of that order. Delivery of editable files,
source files, vectors, high-resolution PDFs or formats suitable for external printing is
not included in the standard service; such materials may be purchased for an
additional fee.

3. Custom products and design approval

We work mainly with custom, made-to-order products: t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms,
magnets, stickers, business cards, flyers, banners, yard signs, door hangers, graphic design, logos,
websites and other products or services created to the customer’s specifications.

Design approval

Before a custom product goes into production, you will receive a digital proof or preview of the
final design for review and approval. Approval may be given by email, WhatsApp message, or any other
official communication channel.

It is your responsibility to review the design carefully, including:

Spelling and grammar
Names, dates, addresses and personal details
Phone numbers, emails, websites and QR codes
Colors, sizes, typefaces, quantities and layout
Any other detail relevant to the order

Once you approve the preview, the design is considered final, no further changes can be
made, and production begins almost immediately.

AYP CREATIVES LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in a design you
approved. Where an unintentional error occurs, we may, at our discretion and as a courtesy
rather than as a guarantee, offer a discounted reprint.

Normal production variations

There may be minor variations in color, brightness, texture, position, cut, size or finish between
the digital preview and the final physical product. Colors on screen vary with the device, brightness,
monitor calibration, material, ink, printing method and production batch. These normal variations are
not considered production defects.

4. Processing times

Design

Design time is the period needed to create, adjust or prepare the artwork for your project. It
varies with the complexity of the request and the number of revisions, and is agreed during quoting.

Production

Production (printing, cutting, packaging) generally takes 3 to 7 business days,
excluding weekends and holidays, starting once the design is approved. These times are
estimates and may change with demand or material availability.

Shipping

Orders ship with a tracking number, with an estimated transit time of 3 to 7 business
days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link. It is normal for the
link to show no updates during the first few hours, until the carrier processes the package.

Total time

The total estimated time to receive printed products is usually 7 to 9 business days after
final design approval, unless a different time is stated in the quote, invoice or sales
conversation. This includes production and estimated transit, and may vary due to workload, material
availability, customer review, carrier delays, weather, holidays or other factors beyond our control.
If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery time communicated to you, we will notify you and, where
applicable, ask for your consent to continue with the order or assess cancellation and refund in
accordance with applicable law.

5. Shipping problems and lost packages

Shipping is carried out by third-party carriers such as FedEx or UPS. AYP CREATIVES LLC does
not control and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Where a carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost or damaged in transit, we will file
the corresponding claim with that carrier. Once the loss or damage is officially confirmed, we will
provide a solution — reprint, replacement, store credit or refund — based on the particulars of your
order, at no additional cost to you. The only consequence is that you will need to
wait for the new production time.

6. Cancellations

If you request cancellation of an order before it enters production, we will assess
the case:

The percentage of management and design work already performed will be deducted from the amount
refunded.
“Free design” and “free shipping” offers apply only to the complete process, from
the initial conversation through to delivery. If the order is cancelled part-way through, those
benefits do not apply and the corresponding management cost will be deducted.

Once the design has been approved and/or the product has entered production, the order
cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded because of a change of mind, a later
modification, a change of date, or because the product is no longer wanted.

7. Defective products and production errors

If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, a printing error on our part, or arrives
damaged or in the wrong condition, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of the
delivery date shown by the tracking.

To process the claim, please send clear evidence:

Photographs of the complete product
Photographs of the affected area
The number of affected items
Your order number or purchase information
Packaging, labels or any other information that helps verify the case

First remedy: replacement

Where a production defect or printing error is confirmed, the first remedy will always be
correction, reprint or replacement of the affected product at no additional cost. Monetary
refunds on custom products are assessed only in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible,
not reasonable, or where required by applicable law.

If, after a replacement, the product shows the same confirmed defect again, we may assess an
additional solution, which could include a further replacement, store credit, partial refund, full
refund or an equivalent remedy, depending on the case.

8. Returns of non-custom products

For items that are not made to measure or personalized, you may request a return within
30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its
original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer bears the cost of return shipping,
unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an incorrect shipment, in which case we
will assess the case and may cover it.

9. Digital and creative services

Digital and creative services — graphic design, logos, websites, video editing, copywriting,
advertising campaigns or marketing services — are performed according to the scope agreed with the
customer.

Once creative work has begun, or a proposal, progress version, sample or final file has been
delivered, no refunds are issued for a change of mind or cancellation of the service.
The revisions, changes or adjustments included depend on the package, service or agreement established
at the time of purchase.

10. Exceptions — cases not eligible for return or refund

Custom products approved by the customer and sent to production.
Errors in spelling, numbers, names, colors, addresses or details previously approved by the
customer.
Changes requested after design approval.
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect use, incorrect installation or improper handling of the product.
Damage caused by the customer after receiving the product.
Minor differences in color, size or finish resulting from normal variations in printing, screen
display, material or production.
Products that have been used, altered, or are not in the condition in which they were
delivered.

11. How to file a claim or request a return

Contact our customer service team.
Provide your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
Attach clear photographs of the complete product, the affected area, the packaging and labels.
Wait for our review and for the instructions our team provides.

Do not return any product without our prior written authorization.

If a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method unless both parties agree
otherwise. Processing time depends on your bank or payment platform, and generally takes
5 to 15 business days in the United States.

12. Payment

An order is confirmed when payment is received. We send a secure payment link.
Production starts after payment and after design approval. Until then, the order
is a draft.
Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 7 days.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes where applicable.

13. Communication by WhatsApp and SMS

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by text message (SMS) at +1 (754) 225-1454, you agree to receive replies on that number regarding your quote and
your order. Our channel is attended by an automated assistant and by our team; see our
Privacy Policy for details.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

SMS program — AYP Creatives Customer Messaging. By texting +1 (754) 225-1454 you agree
to receive conversational text messages about your questions, quotes, orders, payment links, shipping
updates and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply
STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing

14. Responsible use of the website

You agree to use this website responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. Any activity that
may damage, overload, impair or disrupt the operation of the website, or that uses it for fraudulent,
unlawful or unauthorized purposes, is prohibited.

15. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, provided for information only. AYP CREATIVES
LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, services, products or privacy practices of external
websites.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to
the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost
profits or lost business opportunities.

17. Personal data

The collection and processing of personal data through this website is governed by our
Privacy Policy.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

19. Changes to these Terms

AYP CREATIVES LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when
published on this page. The version in force is the one published at the time of your order. We
recommend reviewing this page periodically.
